If students still need to complete courses in Edgenuity beyond July, they may continue in the Strong Start program in August.

Counselors and teachers will identify students who may need early access to Edgenuity courses. Those students will be registered and their progress monitored by a certificated teacher in the district. Communication to parents will come through building counselors and administrators.
Summary of credit retrieval options for high school students through Edgenuity:
  • Begin or continue in Edgenuity in June and complete needed self-paced courses (monitored by a certificated teacher).
  • Begin Edgenuity in the August Strong Start program and complete courses during the three weeks of the program AND have access to in-person tutoring.
